Client Relations Sales Coordinator

Our company is a provider of trainings, instruments and associated products for physical therapists, chiropractors and athletic trainers.

JOB SUMMARY;
The function of the Client Relations sales coordinator is to generate revenue, processing of existing and prospective Graston Technique LLC customers to ensure that the department is maximizing the attendance at each training conducted and can meet its growth sales targets.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
The following are principal duties of the Client Relations sales coordinator role;
Represent Graston Technique LLC in a positive and professional manner
Work with all Graston Technique LLC personnel in a positive and professional manner
Willing and comfortable prospecting and selling on the phone
Make multiple phone calls daily to satisfy and ultimately achieve Graston Technique LLC sales goals
Conduct post sale Follow Up calls
Answer the phone to assist customers and/or route calls to appropriate employee
Research and respond to customer inquiries
Update customer database for pertinent communications
Prepare quotes, agreements and proposals
Process registrations for your region
Coordinate on-site trainings scheduled with host
Prepare agreements and invoices for your onsites
Recognize selling opportunities to increase revenue
Attend trainings in your region, as able, to be the Training Facilitator for that event and increase sales.
Prepare Training Facilitator reports after a training.
Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
Perform any other duties assigned by your superiors
Conducts CRM Requests including adds, deletes, and changes
Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis
Assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing Graston Technique LLC Services

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete all of the job description Principle duties.
Administration duties are performed accurately and on time
Customer Data input into Graston Technique LLC CRM system is followed up in a timely manner
Prospecting, Collecting information via Phone calling, emailing, and internet searches.
Traveling on an as needed basis at Trainings as a Trainer Facilitator.
Provide assistance to customers calling in for quotations and Trainings

QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales Experience and a level of customer service experience. To be conducted in-person and by phone.
Experience in equipment sales or similar product type sales preferred.
Has a strong will to succeed, be detail oriented, and thorough in record keeping
Working knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Customer Management systems, and Google searches
Positive attitude, trustworthy, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
Working Hours 8:00am " 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday with occasional Weekend travel
