We are a results driven personal training studio with over 80 to 100 members that is well known in the East Cobb, Marietta, Woodstock and surrounding areas for being a serious transformation studio! we have been in business for over 20 years and ensure all of our trainers are well educated and well certified as well as go through a six-month practicum to ensure that they are the best of the best! We offer personal training one on one and in doubles group fitness instruction including kettlebell, bootcamp, ABS class, cross train, zumba and yoga. we also offer specialties and older adult training children\'s obesity programs, strength training athletic endurance training, post rehabilitation training, heath and wellness training and nutritional counseling and nutrition plans.we offer long and short training programs.
