The author of this blog is Joe Przytula. He's been the athletic trainer at Elizabeth High School in northern New Jersey, U.S.A., for the past 26+ years. He is a certified athletic trainer (NATA), a certified strength & conditioning specialist (NSCA), and certified massage therapist (state of N.J.). He's a certified Active Release Technique(R) practitioner, certified Graston Technique practitioner, and has completed course work in other mobilization & soft tissue techniques. He is a faculty member of GAIN (Gambetta Athletic Improvement Network), and a fellow in the Gary Gray Institute.
