Description:

GMR Marketing is looking for a responsible manager to act as a liaison for a popular sports drink at a local Soccer club in the Chicago area (Libertyville). Below are all the details for this position. If you are interested please send a resume and contact information.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Act as the liaison between GMR and participating clubs
Build relationships with coaches, parents, and athletes while fulfilling the program objectives
Become knowledgeable of all aspects and details of the Program
Deliver messaging at practice sessions according to the program research
Coordinate presentations with coaches to ensure turnkey messaging during practice sessions
Reward athletes for product usage
Distribute premiums
Maintain consistent communication with GMR account team and participating club contacts
Evaluate club soccer program and provide feedback
Provide detailed recap after each club visit
Take photos showcasing product usage and presence among athletes during competition
Provide feedback from coaches, athletes and parents
Ensure participating club has product and resources available
Assist in coordinating Major League Soccer activities in market (if applicable)
Exhibit a professional demeanor and compelling customer service attitude
Follow directions and meet deadlines
Display a high-level of energy and dependable, strong work ethic.

QUALIFICATIONS
Have a background in athletic training, nutrition, and/or athletics
Soccer knowledge a plus
Existing relationships with local soccer clubs in your area preferred
Be available to work part-time throughout the whole year
Must have a valid driver?s license to travel to participating clubs
Strong public speaking skills
Sound organizational skills to meet program deadlines and schedule visits well in advance of due date
Strong relationship building skills
Computer literacy and strong writing skills to provide detailed reporting

EXPERIENCE
Previous program management experience
A background in sports, athletic training, or nutrition
Public Speaking Skills are preferred

EDUCATION
Bachelor degree required or working towards degree completion, current college student pursuing a career in athletic training or nutrition; Athletic Training Certificate preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
You must be able to lift and carry 20-35 lbs.
