ROUND 1 BOXING FITNESS:
Want to go a few rounds? This class will get you ready to do just that! This boxing class will teach you boxing skills and technique, increase your muscular and cardio endurance, take your core strength to a new level, and burn off more than just calories. A cardio boxing, bag work and core strengthening segment will always be done. Heavy bags, jump ropes and sparring mitts may be used. Hand wraps are strongly recommended for the bag work portion of class.
KICKBOXING ::
Basic techniques and fundamentals of kicking and punching; half cardiovascular exercises and half interval training; focuses on dynamic movement, isolated limbic movement, muscle strengthening, overall conditioning, agility and reaction, stretching, sit-ups/push-ups, high intensity fast paced workout, no previous experience necessary, for both men and women.
Based on kickboxing, learn the proper form for kicks and punches while strengthening entire body.

• Wake Up Call: Ages 13 and up. One full hour of pulse pounding cardio and conditioning. Part kickboxing, part fat burning calisthenics. This is your wake-up call! Get ready for the day, and get in shape for life!
• MMA (Mixed Martial Arts): Ages 13 and up. This is the complete package of Martial arts classes, from striking and kicking, to ground pounding non-stop action. This class is sure to leave you 100% exhausted, yet in-line to achieving your training goals.
• Kids Classes: Ages 4-16. This fun-filled hour is designed to teach kids discipline and skills of boxing, kickboxing, MMA and grappling; while building their confidence and self-esteem. Classes @ 5:30 coincide with the adult classes. So bring your kids and both of you can work out at the same time in two different classes.
• Boot Camp: Ages 13 and up. High intensity cardio course designed to fatigue your full body!! One of our most comprehensive classes. Be prepared to work! • Boxing Boot Camp: Just add gloves for a great upper body workout with the intense cardio combined.
• Step & Sculpt: Using an adjustable platform and weights, you move through a series of non-stop, cardio intensive movements using traditional power and step combinations. Using tried and true methods to strengthen and condition your entire body, including natural movements, consientious sequencing and isometric holds, you will feel the results of this class for days.
• Power Ball Hour: Using a stability ball to develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Great cardio and ab workout.
• Kettlebell Concepts: Offers extreme fat loss, strength, endurance, power and speed. Many MMA Fighters enjoy the benefits of Kettlebells. Co-ed classes, check it out!
• Strength Training: Strength training builds muscle and burns fat. Strength training classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.
